Your order will normally be dispatched within 1 - 2 days.
There is a £2.50 charge to cover postage and packaging costs for delivery to UK mainland addresses. P&P is free for orders over £25.
We charge £6.00 to cover postage to European addresses and £12.00 for shipping to the United States and rest of the world.

You will be automatically directed to our secure server where you will be prompted for your card details. At this stage the padlock icon in the corner of your browser window is your guarantee that your details will only be viewable by us.
PayPal is a well established third party internet payment manager. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The site is secure and very user-friendly so making your payment should be quick and straightforward.
If you choose to pay by PayPal, on confirming your order you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have an account it will be enough to enter your username and password to bring up your card details, otherwise you will have to sign up. This process should not take more than a few minutes. Make sure you go to the 'International Sign Up' section if you are a non-United States customer. PayPal will charge you a small $1.95 fee to add a credit card, though this fee is refundable. This is explained in greater detail at the PayPal site.
Once your credit card details have been entered and you have chosen a password, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address and to confirm the payment. On confirmation the payment will be made immediately.
If for whatever reason you would rather not pay online, you can send either a cheque or your credit/debit card details to us by post. The cards easycrystals accept are listed above in the 'Pay Online by Credit/Debit Card' section.
You will be presented with the UK address to which to send payment and some information about what details we require from you once you have placed your order. Please remember to send ALL the information we ask for: failure to do so will inevitably delay your order.
